These include underwater weddings, wedding ceremonies at the bungee-jumping points or mid-air weddings, just to name a few. Couples that choose these types of weddings are often very outdoor types who will go the distance in ensuring that their wedding goes down in the annals of everyone’s history.
A successful implementation of a theme lies solely on your hard work and creativity. When you are willing to put in that extra effort, you will see paid off in a form of contentment. For instance, you don’t need to paint the whole venue blue if the color blue is your theme; instead, you can use disposable wall paper or blue ribbons and bows and even flowers to grace the walls. If you need to do some major modifications to the venue, be sure you have the approval of the owner.
To choose a wedding theme and to be able to carry it out with conviction is a great task. Therefore, it is always best to have a theme that is personal to you and your spouse. Some ways you can decide on the wedding theme you want is to look at your lifestyles, hobbies and backgrounds. The easiest way to choose wedding themes is from your hobbies – choosing your favorite sport, like golf or soccer, often ends up as a popular theme or your favorite leisure activities, like music or dancing.
Another popular theme wedding is one that is based on your careers. If both you and your spouse are in the financial sector, using a Money theme can be suitable while a Lounge theme is appropriate for couples who are in the media or entertainment industries. Otherwise, go totally different and have a theme wedding that has absolutely nothing to do with your careers.

Olympic fencing champion Lei Sheng has been named China's flag-bearer at the Rio Olympic Games opening ceremony. Lei became China's first male foil Olympic champion four years ago in London. The 1.90m fencer was also a twice world team titlist.
""It's an honor to become the flag-bearer at Rio， but it also means responsibility，"" said the 32-year-old. ""I will fight to defend my individual title， and do my best in the team event.""
